Relics, What are the best match ups?

I've been playing for over a year now I have a lot of relics bound to my champs. The only relic I know is with its top Champ is Thor bound to Beta Ray Bill. I understand these things can be more powerful to certain champs.What are the best champs for the relics? I bind them and leave them I've never really given them much thought beyond it.
