Suicides mastery prioritization?

I currently only have recoil and liquid courage unlocked. I saw some of the multipliers and I thought it would be better to max out liquid first for 30% as compared to Getting the bleed one with only a 20% combination bonus.. So what would be better?
A. Max out the Poison one first then move on
B. Get Both Poison and Bleed. But only lvl 1 on both
C. Only fully commit if able to max everything all at once.
