I'd rather not have venomized characters in the game. More symbiotes are fine, venomized characters would just be lazy and uninteresting.

Like Thor I'd rather take Iron Hammer but Herald of Galactus would be fine, Symbiote Thor? Not at all.

I'm cool with it as long as they're canonical. Lots of characters have bonded with symbiotes throughout various comic runs, no need to invent "what if?" characters.

To me, even characters who canonically bonded with a symbiote would be uninteresting. Maybe it's just me, but I find the "character got a symbiote" concept, as a whole, a dead horse. I won't deny sometimes can be intriguing and/or well executed (I think there was a relatively recent story where BW used a symbiote suit, for example), but I'm not a fan of it.
At least with Symbiote Supreme they did something interesting in terms of design and origins, and Venom The Duck is both terrifying and hilarious to look at. And even those two aren't my favourite characters in the game.
Again, there are some symbiote-related characters who I wouldn't mind seeing in the game (I think Scream was a nice addition, for example), but none of them is in my personal wishlist.
They could (and should) rework black suit Spidey, maybe.
