Need extension on incursions.it left early and lots missed out on rewards

Me and many other went to do incursions with 20+ hours left and it was nowhere to be found in game.sure lots of people will say “well you should have done it earlier”.theres tons of content to do and with real life stuff we can’t just all get to it when people think we should have.regardless the timer said 20 hours left.i login an hour later and there is no incursion tab in the game

Should of done it on time they do put up on the website under news of incursions of saga when they start and ends so if u missed out u should make sure next time

As I said it still had 20 hours left within the dates that was posted and incursions tab left the game early

It went the day update dropped which was tuesday it doesnt run the full full time as thats time the weekly resets not so much the end of the event

Next time don't be so cutthroat about it... you had a whole month. Now your lesson is learned as Kabam could care less about giving an individual player like yourself an extension. Take your losses and move on

What if the server went down? They would give you some compensation but you wouldn't get an incursion extension or whatever token you were going for.

A lot of you are being pretty snotty when the reality is this...

Regardless of when you think someone should complete it, the in-game timer showed two more days than there actually were.

That's a blaring oversight and huge issue when tons of rewards are locked behind it.

"Correct" dates were listed on forum posts and probably on an in-game message, but when you get tons of wordy and superfluous messages and there's more content than ever before to keep track of, and not everyone goes on the forums or watches the livestreams or can remember literally every nuance, a discrepancy IS an issue.

It's not worth it to just say "do it earlier." If it shows there's still time, then people thought there was still time. Frankly, it's unacceptable and to be saying "well this message said you had only until this time" shouldn't be an answer. If your boss said you had till Wednesday to prepare a project, but you also got an email a few weeks ago saying it had to be ready by Monday, how is that type of poor communication acceptable?

They need to stop with the wrong timers. Period.

Just take note for future reference, the incursion timers never match up with Saga so just keep that in mind for the next one.

What I want to know is what is that incursions glitch thing nothing happened when I got that milestone maybe we will get lucky and those that got to that milestone will get an extention for it

No, what those Question Marks "?" are is upcoming reveals and content revolving around Summoner's Fest in November. Nothing happens when hitting the ?, the collective group reaching the ? means that it will be upcoming content, reworks, and reveals to come at a later date.

(They're basically all things that were going to happen, because we were most assuredly going to hit the goals, but now they get to roll them out as fun exciting things we 'earned' by gaining points in the summoners fest)

This sounds jokey so hope it is.
If in-game timers are useless/inaccurate then they might as well not even be there.

All the dislikes on this post are crazy. It should be very uncontroversial to say that the timers on content should be accurate.

You should be able to do content the last hour if you want. There's no reason to have start and stop dates if we can't actually use them.

Not saying that that is fair, but after however long saga has been going on, and the timer has never been correct, you should just not wait until the end.
