another batch of random bans?

10 years old account. I don't use cheats, and I don't share my accounts with third parties. A couple of days ago, while in arcade mode, I received a one-hour ban, which was automatically lifted after 17 minutes. Now, this is happening again. When I entered the arcade, it happened again. What is going on?

    Bans occur exclusively in the arcade mode of Redeem. when you click on the skill that was not saved in the last battle, so everyone. this is not an isolated case. the day before yesterday, my clanmate also received a permanent ban, but Kabam's support confirmed that the ban was erroneous, and it was removed today, but a wave of bans has resurfaced
