Good day.
I would like to know why I was banned. I did not use cheats, I did not give my account details to others. Please sort this out.

    I assume (seeing that you're from russia, and every russian alliance has summoners with the same problem), that when you made purchases, you gave your account details to third person.
    It's as easy as that, case closed.
