All Silver Surfer buffs have +10.71% potency.
Passive Abilities (In-game)
Takes -120% damage from Cold Snap, Incinerate, and Shock debuffs.
Each stack of these debuffs counts as a Unique Buff for his abilities.
Each hit inflicts an Energy Burst of 720.75 per Unique Buff (scales only with Base Attack).

Expanded Powers Based on the Comics (Potential Buff Additions)
1.Power Gain – Can rapidly recharge power by manipulating cosmic energy.
2.Fury – Channels cosmic energy to massively increase physical strength.
3.Armor Up – His cosmic-coated body grants superhuman durability.
4.Indestructible / Unstoppable – Capable of enduring extreme impacts and moving without being stopped.
5.Immunities – In comics, immune to diseases, radiation, space vacuum; could translate into immunity to Poison, Incinerate, Coldsnap, Bleed, etc.
6.Incinerate – Can unleash stellar energy bursts that burn enemies.
7.Precision / Cruelty – Focused cosmic blasts increase accuracy and critical damage.
8.Regeneration / Vigor – Can heal by absorbing stellar or cosmic energy.
9.Power Suppression / Control – Can disrupt opponents’ energy flow, slowing or preventing power gain.
10.Phase / Intangibility – Can sometimes pass through matter using energy manipulation, functioning as Evasion or Phase in-game.
