Booted Out of Game Whenever Using Beta Ray Bill

Self explanatory title. I am on pc. He's the only character this happens with. Doesn't matter what gamemode I use, it always shuts down the game. Anyone else having this issue?

The game doesn’t want you to be disappointed by using a champion the everyone begged for, for yearssssss… just for him to rely on shock DOT and enter the game as mid.

Same thing is happening with Dust whenever you block a medium attack. I think there's been a few posts about it. It's still happening for me
