A question about the tenacity node in act 6.4.6 and Onslaught

Bit of a noob question perhaps, but I am a new player so...I noticed while doing the tenacity path for full completion in act 6.4.6 that Onslaught's parries don't seem to be affected by the node, the opponents are never able to shrug off the stuns they get from it (and I'm glad). Anyway I read through his kit and couldn't pinpoint how and why he's able to do this, so I wanted to know. Any idea?

If onslaughts stun debuff is removed, it is immediately replaced with a passive

Makes him very good for these types of matchups because it makes pausing his passives easier.

@HenryPork it’s easy to gloss over like 12 pages of abilities. all part and parcel of complexity creep in development.

plus side? a lot of champs get intuitive once you practice them a bit, and there are TONS of content creators who break it down into digestible bits. worth taking time to actually study your fave (and least fave) champs.
