Crucible objectives bugged

Just in case im posting this here as well:


I realised that you dont get the crucible boss objective if you die even once in that fight. I did the nimrod boss solo and got the objective but on all the other fights that i died on like ronan or bpcw i didnt get the objective and hence i didnt get the event points.
