Kabam not responding

Would love to know why when I purchased something on the web store I never received it and now they aren’t responding to the support email a bunch of bs..I have the receipt and everything.

Support can take up to 24 hours to respond initially and at most 48 hrs.

feel like when it comes to spending real money there shouldn’t even be an issue with not getting the stuff you paid for

There shouldn't be and ideally there never is, but sometimes things happen for any number of reasons. Did the right thing reaching out to support, they should be able to help sort you out.
