Why when I apply the promo codes I get a message saying I’ve already used but i haven’t gotten my rewards in game…. Yet another failed launch of content wonder if there ever gonna get it right.

Would love to know why the ai in this is game is so awful are they ever going to fix it, it’s actually laughable at this point….

Would love to know why when I purchased something on the web store I never received it and now they aren’t responding to the support email a bunch of bs..I have the receipt and everything.
