Promo codes

Why when I apply the promo codes I get a message saying I’ve already used but i haven’t gotten my rewards in game…. Yet another failed launch of content wonder if there ever gonna get it right.

I have the same problem, i use the iceman code, but doesn't work, and i can't use it again.

I'm glad its not just me. I truly feel depressed over the slow cancerous death of this once great game.

Same here. I tried using the promo codes from the Twitch episode and kept getting a spinning icon. When I went back later, it wasn't spinning but wouldn't do anything when I entered the codes. No error message, no message that I had already received the reward. But I haven't received the 7* Iceman in game either.
