Missing Point in Future Foundation Event

I have accomplished all the missions listed but only got 15 points instead 16.
Is it a visual bug that results in point missing?

I am in the same boat. Raised a ticket last week with Kabam and their response was that we will recieve the point via mail. This was on 5th August.

Please know that we were able to verify that the Future Foundation: Mr. Fantastic Week 2 Solo Objective has not rewarded players with a point towards the related Solo Event. We have corrected the issue so that it awards points going forward, and we will be awarding the missing points to players through their in-game mail. We do not have a specific date to share, but you can be certain it will be as soon as possible.

The event is finishing in 6 days so hopefully we will not miss out on the rewards

Same issue for me. I opened a ticket on 7/31 when I first noticed it (after doing week 2 objectives). I was told that there would be an in-game mail sent out to fix the issue. I sent a follow-up on 8/12 and again was assured that it would be fixed. Still nothing and there are only a few days left before the event ends. We can’t get the final objective without that missing point and the final ping.

I got the compensation in game mail for the extra beeper, but I am still stuck at 15
