Crucible Act 8 Glykhan bug

Anyone else encountered this? His animation from phase 2 to 3 didn't trigger, and he is stuck at 1HP in phase 2.
There is nothing I can do to advance from here.

Same happened to me….Enter the fight, then close MCOC, and run it again -should fix it

I've done that multiple times. Gone from an ipad to a phone, nothing is working.

You mean revive, let the fight start and then close the game?

I've literally tried everything. Really frustrating after all the hours put into this Crucible.
