Do statcast relics not have an awakened ability?

So i have opened a 5 star bullseye statcast relic 2 times but it did not awaken him just gave me him twice.

different secondary stats: critical damage and critical resistance

you notice they both have a Precision icon along the left side on top, but one has a Cruelty icon below it and the other some kinda D stat boost (crit resist? physical? energy? two slightly different. erosions of the Precise stat cast.

Which kinda feels like an attempt to sell twelve copies of the same relic until you get the best stat load out? early times, and may be jaded from Borderlands’ “land of a billion guns” item drop system. we’ll see.
