I’m still waiting for comp.

Spent 3k+ on Wednesday. 3k of my ftp units I’ve saved since July 4th and I have not received the compensation for not getting the grandmasters grace 7 star. Why does it have to be me. I’m sure the support ticket will fix the issue… @KabamPinwheel @KabamDORK if the ticket surprisingly doesn’t work, can y’all come through. Getting tired of the constant nonsense not from you two specifically but everything that’s been going on.

I'm pretty sure you have to buy 20 for the comp to kick in, and since the store ones are capped at 10, you're intelligible for the comp. I could be wrong tho

I thought the valiant and thronebreaker crystals shared the same GG as each other. Lagacy opened the same amount and got his comp. That’s when I realized I didn’t get mine.

I was under the impression that 20 crystals garunteed a 7 star. I opened 20. And didn’t get a 7 star. God forbid that doesn’t warrant the compensation 😐
