Does anyone else have this issue regarding the Future Foundation Event??

I swear I cleared all of the solo objectives each week but somehow I'm one point short. In fact, early on I noticed the numbers seemed to be off but I didnt think about it too much since I had so much going on (both in the game and in real life). I thought at the time that the event would adjust accordingly but clearly I was wrong.

Is anyone else experiencing this situation or am I simply screwed?
