MISSING POINTS IN FUTURE FOUNDATION EVENT

I have posted in the bug column but no response from the official.
I have accomplished all the tasks listed and only got 15 points instead 16.
Now this event only has 4 days left. Many comments said they have mailed the support since late July but still no correction of the issue only an email saying “wait for correction”.
How could Kabam ignore an obvious issue lasting for almost 20 days?
