Future Foundation bug

I have just today have completed 5 win for battleground and while i thinking of claiming the 7* shards from the menu that menu item itself is gone i have checked stash too but 7* shards is missing which is suppose to be 625 shards

And by the way just 1 hour ago completed my first paragon run not sure if this issue is related to progression or not
