Leaders and Officers SHOULD be receiving extra compensation!!!

I have been a Leader or Officer in my alliances for 95% of my 8-10yr playtime. We are currently plat3/toer2. It’s the 1st time that I am bringing this idea to your attention. Although doing simple search, I see it was asked by someone else in 2018 and with no reply from Kabam…..

Previous to 3-4yrs ago, managing an ally seriously and successfully was a hard but doable job. Many Leaders/Officers have full time jobs and families to take care of. However it was doable. Since a few yrs back, you (Kabam) have made it harder and harder for us. Super difficult to manage 22-26 other members who are at times also confused from all the changes you frequently implement. On top of that you constantly switch war rules, tiles, nodes and compensation and mix them up with the most ridiculous tactics you guys (Kabam) could think of. During all these changes we (leader and officers) did our job. Despite a broken/non working recruit site from Kabam, we managed to keep our ally full.

Then there is the forced tolerance of low or mid skilled players/members that we have to keep in the ally for the lack of quality player availability.

Again all that was done by us leaders and officers without complaint.

I myself have done 2 complete rebuilds of my alliance in the last yr alone. It’s not easy losing 22 members who retired/moved due to the ridiculous changes/rules/tactics that Kabam invent without much thought.

Now with this latest change in prestige due September, we are looking forward to another wave of members leaving. I am not alone in this. I speak to many other leaders and officers and they all have had it.

It’s a thankless job!! We get no compensation for staying up till 12am looking and hunting for recruits. While others progress in game, we are busy managing members or handling the affairs of the alliances and as a result our own accounts suffer. I barely can clear war and aq myself not to mention completing other modes that can grow my account.

I believe your most important priority is addressing leader/officer compensation. If no compensation then do something to make our job easier by implementing some rule that prevents members from leaving anytime they decide to. But I see compensation as a much better way to go.

I hope you (Kabam) find the time to respond and let everyone know what your thinking is….

i THINK you used the wrong wording here. We don{t need compensation, because those are big time comp and thats it. What leaders and officers really do is make more rewards than the regular members. Those AW seasons and AQ rewards we all get the same. That cant be tolerated and sustained any longer.

Any plat 6 and above alliances leaders and officers should receive a seasonal reward package at the end of AW season which includes some titan shards, awakening gem shards, gold, relics mats, rank up mats, and some gold and ISO.

We are not asking for much. We spend way too much time recruiting, organizing AQ and AW on a daily basis, Raids once a month. Too much goes on behind the doors.

I completely agree and thanks for correcting me. That’s exactly what I was asking. The compensation has to make up for the hours and hours that we spend managing instead of playing and progressing

And someone held you at gun point to become a leader or officer? Or was it by choice?

Leaders and officers choose to do what they do and, therefore, are not entitled to anything extra. Although it would be cool

From your screen name, I can tell that you enjoy posting senseless responses and waiting for replies just to enjoy yourself and annoy others.

In any case, if you were a good leader or officer, you would know that once you message and bring a recruit in, you are obligated to do your duties. During these yrs and rebuilds, there were many times that I wanted to step down or disbanded the ally. But you have members who were with you for a while or you made them promises before they joined. Can’t simply quit and leave. But then that’s why I resorted to posting my message. I am not sure if I can continue dancing to every tune Kabam plays….

Senseless? So you get more rewards for complaining about extra work you are doing by choice?

What is next? A Kabam HR specialist that will keep Leaders and officers in check to make sure all people who got kicked were for the right reasons?

It is your choice to take on the responsibility and putting the extra time, no one is making you and that is why you don't get any more rewards than any other members.
