Did they make Voodoo worse?

He is not hitting as hard as he used to hit. Did Kabam mess him up? Or am I not using him properly?

He definitely needs a Damage Tune Up, His hits aren't as lethal as it used to be, and He def. needs another Tune Up of Damage, That Power Dissolve is Weak, So is the Power Steal Buff, Also, Loa chance needs to go up.
