Battlerealm ping mystery won't say objective completed and give me my rewards.

I have beat the storm 3.times now in blood and venom quest and it will not say that the objective is completed or give me my rewards. What do I do?

Do classic difficulty, variant won't complete it.

I did classic didn't work then I did variant and it didn't work. So I just turned the game back on after a few hours and it was in there.
