Hoard Titan and 7star shards?

I am confused on should I Hoard titan and 7 star shards for the next pool or just open them?
Is next pool really good?
Bcz i wanted Bastion, and i already have him, so don't know if i should open up right now.
Thoughts?

hoard. You don’t need that red hulk

Hoard 7* shards if you want more chances at Omega Days champs. Of course, you may get Red Hulk since he Jin’s the basic at the same time.
