rebirth event points still not getting counted

ive completed multiple objectives and my score remains 101. ive attempted to email support but keep getting stuck at the part where they're supposed to send me a verification email.

Which objectives have you completed?

WI completed the objectives to land the final blow with the relic and I didn't receive my 150 points in the kingdom rebirth event!

The land final blow with relic is for the relic ally event, to get any missing points for the rebirth event you have to do paths in the normal crucible difficulty as well, i did and i have over 2,100

That's what I figured you were going to say, but didn't want to assume. That objective counts towards the alliance relic event. Only the crucible related objectives count towards the crucible realm event. Simply put, if you're not doing some form of the crucible, you will not get points.
