Will the Double Up deal for the rebirth crystals be available for purchase in the webstore? Or is it only available in-game?

Since it is similar in nature to the daily cards and other multi-trigger subscription offers, it is highly unlikely that it will be in the webstore.

Last year's were hyped as one of the best deals ever, but I thought it was bad value in retrospect. It's also annoying checking in every 7 hrs.

I bought the offer in game because there was nothing on the web store. Now I missed the points on the Summoners Fest Milestone Track, and the bonus items on the web store deal. Any way I can claim those back?
