Double up rebirth crystal provided only one crystal

I thought the offer specified that there should be two crystals, but only one appeared. I have opened it and restarted the gam,e but there is still no second crystal.

Yeah, this is very confusing as to why.

Perhaps because the crystal and 2x were claimed at the same time, our account didn't show we had the 2x yet….

Anything you can update for us @KabamPinwheel ?

The 2x is for any crystals that you claim. If you already claimed crystals you get nothing.

So the event started for spenders and the non spenders have to wait another 7hrs to claim 1?!...

We cant claim any crystals so you just got 1

i don't believe that is correct. And if it's, there's no reason to have in the deal as it's useless as we can't claim the actual "Rebirth Crystals" anywhere and it specifically says "The Rebirth Vault".

You will be missing the 2x on the first one… its not that terrible but its also not what is advertised.

I would hope that not be the case.

Perhaps we can get clarification because if I have to buy more down the road, and not give me 2x for the $100, I for sure wouldn't spend anymore on anything as that looks like bait and switch to me.

That is just my opinion if I were to purchase said deal(s).
