Where to find primordial dust for a 5*

I find myself in the situation of greatly needing a 5* champ to be ascended, but I cannot seem to find any of the requisite dust around. Is there somewhere that I’m missing? Or do they just not give any out any more?

Skip 5* and go for 6*

6* will give you more mileage over long term

Its not really important. Just forget about t1 dust and worry about your 6/7*.

Okay none of you understood my situation but that's cool. I was in crucible and locked in my 5* torch which is my only torch I've got many 6/7 stars but that was absolutely not what I asked, I needed to ascend him to save on units cause I had already locked him in. Duh yeah 6/7 stars are better no kidding, try to answer the actual questions please.

I have fully explored every piece of story quest there is already. I needed this for a very specific situation and since no one was helpful just decided to burn units instead.
