No Double Rebirth Crystals Even You Bought the Deal!

1. Timer starts to count down when you first log in today. If you login the game in 11am PT then you could get access to your first FREE rebirth crystal some minutes ago. Otherwise you still get some hours waiting for crystal claiming. It’s frustrating and weird.
2. There is a vicious bug that you could only claim one crystal even you have bought the Double Crystal Deal, which means our trust for the deal and money spent in the deal are completely worthless! I should have listened to the advice of some posts stopping throwing money into the deal. My bad. Great JOB my DEAR KABAM

By the way, still no announcement or compensation for the Future Foundation Event point missing issue even this event has come to an end.

Consistent appearances of various BUGs and unstoppable waves of deals, that’s what we get now.

When is the compensation of those bugs?

I may figure out how the DOUBLE Rebirth Crystal System works.

For example, if you logged in the game in 11am PT and decided to buy the DOUBLE deal in 1pm PT, then you can claim your first free crystal in 6pm PT but the double one needs another two hours waiting for claiming, meaning that they are not claimable at the same time.

It really sucks. And why is there no formal entry with correct timer in the crystal page?

Can confirm from alliance this offer is not working. Only one crystal despite specific language in offer to the contrary.

You can claim the Rebirth Crystals. The main menu, there's a timer counting down on the RIGHT HAND SIDE next to all the normal stuff. When it says "Ready" you can claim.

If you bought the deal, it's on another timer which will be counting down too and claim from the main menu.

This is the stuff you have to jump through but it's working and it was 7 hours after whenever you logged into the game after 2pm EST.
