now I opened the one and the timer disappeared @Kabam (Osaurus) Rex .

sorry, I have to post here because for some reason the help ticket system doesn’t work for me.

You got the correct amount. The x2 means you get two times the crystals that people that don't spend get. So you get one from the timer that started with that purchase, and you get one from the regular timer that everyone in game has. Two times the crystals.
