Unable to claim 2x rebirth crystals! Need some help.

Hey guys, I am not able to claim the 2x rebirth crystals after purchasing the deal. I didn’t get the extra one when i logged in the game twice now. Is this some sort of a bug & is anyone else facing this issue? I would really appreciate if the devs help me out on this issue.

Got it clarified, apologies! The game reads the additional crystal seprately and there is a time difference starting when i bought the deal.

thanks for the clarification bc I just went to grab my first crystal after purchasing the deal earlier today and only got one.

actually no. Still confused lol I only see the timer from the one I just claimed. So where do I grab the extra one?

There are 2 different timers, once you claim one you should be able to see the other timer, today once i woke up got both crystals at the same time due to time match. Btw the game also sent me compensation as 2 crystals, you should also get it if similar thing hapenned.

Once i claim the crystal, the option and counter disappears from the screen. Anyone facing the same issue?
