Crystal double up not working

I purchased all the rebirth deals and it says that I will be able to claim double the crystals from the remainder of the event. This is not working.

Having the same issue. Went to claim my first crystal after purchasing the deal and I only received 1 as well.

follow up. Just went into the game and they are on separate countdowns. Received my second one about 50 minutes apart.
