Am I the only one who is only getting 1 rebirth crystal even though I bought the 2x offer?

So I bought the offer yet im only getting 1 crystal is anyone else having the same problem?

This is happening to me as well.

they are separate crystals in the tab so you have to claim both and they run on separate timers
