7hr crystal missing?

Is anybody else missing the seven hour crystal? I had it this morning and claimed it and this afternoon. I can’t find it anywhere on my crystals. No timers, no nothing. It’s just gone again.

I just claimed mine from the little square icon on the right side of the home screen, the crystal tab wasn't showing it.

Mine is also missing idk this the second time today

here’s a tip after dealing with this. I leave one unopened crystal so that way the unclaimed crystal shows the timer and it appears all the time as long I don’t all the crystals

I only orange and the green crystal in the little square boxes, not the rebirth crystal. And reappearing this morning than me claiming it and it immediately I agree that you gotta leave one
