Is the Armor Shatter debuff that D. Thanos places different than the one that Medusa and Aarkus have

Title. I'd imagine they're similar, but I've noticed that when I armor break #Robots with D. Thanos, they still gain power as normal, whereas with Medusa and Aarkus, they don't. Is it bugged maybe? Or is it a case of "Different debuffs but same name"?

Vision Aarkus and Medusa’s Armor Shatter comes with extra mechanics - it reduces #Robot champs’ ability accuracy and power rate. D. Thanos, on the other hand, only applies the Armor Shatter itself without those added effects. It’s in their kits if you want to double-check.

It's not the armor shatter itself that prevents robots from gaining power its just a separate callout in aarkus and medusa's abilities that while the opponent is armor shattered they lose ability accuracy and combat power rate

D. Thanos only prevents armor ups from triggering while Medusa and Aarkus reduces the ability accuracy of the robots entirely.
