Unit Offer Popups Confirmation

I opened some crystals just now and was about to click on back button and instantly a wild dual pop up offer (where there are two offers side by side) appeared. The offer purchase button was exactly where back button is. It was so quick that this button got clicked and my 1200 units disappeared. I couldn't exactly even see what the offer was. I was in shock for few moments. All i knew next screen of pop up offer was this:

Kindly add pop up confirmation dialog and stop bombarding useless pop offers, find better way to advertise them. Not sure if they are going to refund me 1200 units, i don't even know what items ot purchased.

Can someone help me with what 1200 unit offer is right now? I will add it in support ticket. Just want to be sure what items are to be clawed back.

Don’t open or use anything (including revives) if you’re not sure what got purchased. Just submit a ticket - support can reverse it for you. Even if you don’t know what the offer was, they’ve got a full list with time stamps of everything bought, so they’ll know exactly what happened. As far as I know, they’ll sort it out, so don’t stress too much.

I had some random grandmasters shards one pop up yesterday. 1500 7* shards / 1 small refills for 1200? the main one was a 7* / 5 small refills for 5500 (That was discounted from 7K)

No idea what even triggered it, never seen it before, hope I never get to see it again. It's just awful no matter where you are in the game.

Yeah that's the exact offer, my alliance member confirmed. 1500 7* shards and Some refill for 1200 units. I will ensure not to open 7* crystal and use energy refill in any mode.

One time I got a refund on an offer I accidentally clicked, but while "clawing my items back" they mistakenly subtracted the wrong item from my inventory. I had to reply to their e-mail and explain their mistake so they could put those items back and reclaim the correct item. So pay attention to what they're doing and take screenshots of all your inventory so you know what you have before they start doing the refund.

Got my units today. They gave me 1250 units back. 50 extra, nice support. 😊
