Eternity of Pain Dormammu is bugged.

I dont understand how, but the EOP- acceptance dormammu is able to place degens that deal upwards of 6000dmg (2 times) per second. This shouldnt ever be the case because a node is meant to negate degen damage by 90% based on the bars of power your champion has filled. In addition to that, spiderham with 7+ nonsense charges isnt immune to his degens. Also not being able to gain placebo's whilst this character is neutralised isnt outlined in any part of his kit or nodes. I understand its old content, but I urge you to fight this boss and see how un-solo-able he is. It never used to be this case, so seriously what happened inbetween the original fight and the EOP- acceptance quest.

Its a known bug. Its been around for awhile and there's been many posts about it.

I dont think kabam has acknowledged it though
