Quality of life change to searching for a new alliance

Dear Kabam, can you please figure out a way to have players looking for an alliance be able to check boxes on a screen to have them select war level and aq levels they want to aide in finding a proper fit right away? Also, a way for alliances to set a minimum prestige level to allow walk on recruits to join? As an officer trying to vet walk on recruits there nothing more frustrating than having to kick 50 players whose prestige is 1/4 what alliance prestige is. Only to finally find a suitable level recruit and then have them leave due to not wanting rewards levels alliance is at. Thank you.

I know war rating is there but aq levels or war rewards levels would greatly improve this.
