Is 7 star Guardian any good?

I just pulled 7 star guardian. how's he in battlegrounds and quests? never used him at any star.

One of the most underrated Champs due to the investment required in sigs. Most have other champs they would invest in and never truly get to experience the max sig version. His kit doesn't read well, energy resistance sounds okay, but it doesn't spell out all that covers and also just how resistant you are. Honestly he's basically immune to everything, Kate with one of the most potent dot in coldsnap and doesn't do anything, not only debuff immunities but then he takes significantly less energy dmg via specials and basic attacks. You'd be surprised how many Champs deal energy dmg. Then you add in his block proficiency and he can take almost anything into block

I could go on and on. He's amazing. I have two accounts so I was able to take the leap on my mini and r3'd him and immediately Max sigged the 7* and wow. Feel like he's even more relevant these days

He's fantastic. He was my first 7 star R3 champ and I just wish I could max his sig ability sooner. Mine is at 150+

He's brilliant.

He gets much better Awakened, because (as stated above) the rising block proficiency and energy resistance makes tanking energy-based Special attacks a cinch. Also he starts to be able to manage bleed nodes, and defenders that inflict Bleed.

Parrying non-contact attacks is still rare, and a great ability for numerous tricky defenders. And generating power on Parry can be good for throwing extra Special attacks.

The main drawbacks he has are that he can't manage Shock-immune matchups at all, and also he's not great for nodes where you need to knock the opponent down with Heavy attacks, as that consumes his charges.

His damage benefits hugely from a Hulkbuster relic of 4* or above, using the Shock Repulsors rune ability. Use the highest rank relic you have, and rank it up for more damage.

Also make sure you put a hulkbuster relic on him. Throw the relic just before the sp2 for even bigger nuke damage :)

Guardian was one of my first r3s i have him around sig 160 and i kinda regret the rankup hes really good dont get me wrong but in my opinion his crit rate is to low so you rarely get any of the passive shocks and hes unusable against any champs that are immune to shock or have large energy resistance i just really have mixed feelings about him because while he cant take as many matchups as many other meta tech champs his special 2 shreds hes a tank and is a sneaky defender so basically hes a great choice to rank up but know what his downsides are
