Rebirth Signature Stone Did Not Apply

I applied the Rebirth Signature Stone on Anti-Venom using the text field and put in 41. The Stone amount was deducted but Anti-venom did not increase level

Contact support. See if they can do something about it, although, I doubt it, but you can try.
