Who to use for WOF Quest 2 HT

After watching few guides i understood that DShe hulk is the best option but I don't have her so I got confused on who to use on between overseer and red hulk ,Did anyone else has the same problem and is overseer special concussion the only debuffs I can place ?

I remember using a r3 duped Overseer and soloing the fight with relative ease. He does indeed work and probably does a lot better than Red Hulk. Also his sp2 has a disorient, sp3 has a physical vulnerability and heavy can apply a taunt so it shouldn't be much of a struggle there. Really don't remember how I played the fight or anything but it was simple, safe and probably not too long or too short. Would definitely recommend him.

I see no reason for ibom to not work. He applies a lot of debuffs.
