To answer your question, best way is to hit the report button from the Match page.

To help further you can raise a ticket to Kabam customer support with screenshot of the match and player.

This is player is clearly cheating, however it is against forum T&C to included your opponent name, next time best ti blank out their name, but hope you don't face another cheater.
