connection issue/error message in bgs

is anyone else encountering this error message that randomly throws their bgs matches, right after i ko’d a defender in bgs it gave me this message then automatically gave me the loss first round. it has even done it when i try to start a match and won’t let me start but after i restart the application it immediately will load me into a match with 2 seconds in the ban phase.

is it related to the connection issues that have also caused me to give up deaths in alliance war after having to restart the application?
