Valiant event quest Magneto is so bad

I don't know who decided to restrict this boss to tech champions that cause DOT, but thank you for one of the most annoying experiences I've ever had in this game.

Shuri works well, I used my 6 and 7 star Shuri respectively. Lady Deathstrike did the other one. There are, as usual, useful videos on youtube.

first fight you can use an archangel and then figure out two techs to use

Yeah, I used Archangel. There are loads of mutant options for the first fight - Iceman, Sunspot, Namor, etc

But it doesn't seem unfairly restrictive. There are actually quite a few Tech options who will have very few problems with fights 2 and 3 - Yondu, Shuri, Ironheart, Omega Sentinel, Lady Deathstrike, and Mysterio: all can inflict damaging debuffs easily, and most will resist AAR. Ironheart doesn't, but she inflicts enough debuffs to get by without; and isn't reliant on Parry, so Magnetism isn't a big issue for her.

In a pinch, players could use Ultron, Guardian, Nebula, Guilly-2099.

Also, here's a tip: Viv Vision has a pre-fight that will reduce the impact of AAR on the Tech recipient.

I did the first fight with Gwenpool.

Not sure how you used Archangel, because I could only use skill and tech. I'm referencing the valiant quest, not other difficulties.

I had Lady Deathstrike for the second boss, which worked fine. Sentinel, Warlock and Guilly 2099 all didn't inflict damaging debufs once they got magnetized, so I just had to use lots of revives.
