Act 9.3

With the recent changes to alliance events, how do we get energy refills for completing and exploring 9.3?

Didn't knew act 9.3 is available for few hours to complete else it will be gone. Refills required for limited time content not permanent. Calm down FOMOs.

I rather knock out over a weekend then have to spread it out over 6 days and not doing any other content.
