Cumulative Compensation pending

When do we receive the Cumulative Compensation that's been pending for a whole month? or haven't you had the "Talk" with the game team? And you announced that the Compensation will settle for the AW issues we have been having. Where is that? Only to those whose rank has been lower?
Where and when will that Compensation come? You guys really had the enthusiasm to give out 4.5k units and 30k Radiance, which takes months to farm. When will you compensate the Players for the Bugs that we have been experiencing for quite some time now?
We need a clear-cut answer, Kabam...
