Halfway through crucible and I accidentally restarted!

I’m working to complete the latest crucible event on legendary fighting Attuma with sunspot when I get KO’d and instead of reviving I accidentally restarted the quest. Right when I did it I knew I screwed up but it was too late, all I could do was sit there staring at my screen back at the first tile with a dotted line leading the way. I put in a ticket, but it’s also a holiday on the last day of the event. What are my chances Kabam can actually put me back to where I was? Here’s a photo of when I started

Hope for the best but I remember support team saying they can't restore progress in a crucible, if you are just trying to complete the realm event, perhaps just run the Glykhan path in normal?

Unfortunately, Crucible is the one quest they have stated that they can't reset your progress (don't have the tech to see, reset and then disable the champs you have already used).

Also, I'm sure this isn't what you meant, but "When I updated my friend halfway" sounds like you were using your friend's account.
