Who has the best overall, endgame, and possible long term potential?

I have the ability to take either to sig 200 R3 but am curious who has the most potential for use in all or most categories, cull or anti venom?

AV certainly has the best endgame potential with all of his utility and eventual damage.

MSD has a good video of anti venom soloing necropolis fights. His damage is good and his regen is tanky.
