starcast Clinchre points are not adding up

I have completed starcast Clinchre objectives and they are not adding in my current progress .
Before the object it was 1971
And after I have completed all the objectives it is still 1971 not a single point has been added .

Due to this big I am unable to get last rebirth token .

There's no bug. That objective is for the relic event, not the crucible event. There's no reason why you can't get to 2k in the crucible event.
