This is 9.2.5 shocker path. The nodes says knock down the defender to disable their armor break immunity however even after knocking them down the immunity is still up. You can see that the immunity is both disabled and down at same time but defender is still immune to armor break

It's a bug. Not sure if it's an acknowledged bug, but the node is bugged everywhere it pops up.
